§ 1. General Provisions

2. The Data Controller is Fresh Ventures Sp. Z O.O. With its Registered Office in Warsaw, Al. Solidarności 82a, 01-003 Warsaw, Hereinafter Referred to as the “Controller”.

3. The Controller Processes Personal Data in Accordance with Applicable Laws, Particularly with:

1. The Controller Collects Data for the Purpose of:

  • Analysis and statistics: anonymous data regarding Website usage (e.g., IP address, browser type, time spent on site) are collected for traffic analysis and website optimization.

2. Providing Personal Data is Voluntary; However, Failure to Do so may Prevent the Delivery of Certain Services, Such as Placing Orders.
